Psychospiritual dualism

Description

This attitude considers the spirit as a separate part of the personality, dealing particularly with relations with God, while psychological aspects of personality are those involved with normal life and relationships. Spiritual problems, under this definition, become problems involving relations with God and are assumed to be the result of sin. In the extreme form, psychological aspects are said to be irrelevant to spirituality.
