Pathworking

Pathworking is an exercise through which symbols associated with particular states of consciousness are visualized as uplifting the awareness of the practitioner to higher states. The states are those very specifically defined by the Kabbalah as being connected by a network of paths forming the Tree of Life. Pathworking requires very demanding visualization to stabilize understanding of each state and the connecting paths in the network.
