Non-anger (Hinduism)
- Akrodha
Description
By controlling thought and by realization that the separate "I" does not exist, the anger or animosity which would normally arise at the chastisement or injury by another person is instantly suppressed. There is freedom from the mental perversion generated by oppression by another and freedom from mental agitation. The individual is totally free from resentment.
