Naikan therapy

Description

By guided pondering on his past, the individual reviews what he has received in this life, how he has repaid it and what trouble he has caused others. Rancour and arrogance are replaced by blaming the self and by gratitude and humility. Self-image is radically re-evaluated and guilt is expiated by working to repay good received and for the good of society.
