Living for God (Christianity)

Truly living for God transforms every action. One no longer performs the action for its own sake, whether it is sweeping a floor or designing a cathedral. Actions for their own sake lead to death but actions for the sake of seeking God's mercy lead to reassurance and eternal life. This is more important than following the right psychological, economic or political system - it is uniting with Christ in conquering death.
