Journeying within transcendence - from agape to philo
Description
Even now there is a narrowness and limitedness to the individual who is called by the deeper self to develop beyond psychic infancy, to come out of the confines of limited thinking, to love and care for the fragmented parts of existence. The way to something larger is pointed and one is invited to follow in faith the larger vision, trusting and valuing one's own experience and calling, while respecting those of others. Transformation is not yet complete, the journey with the transcendent will last a lifetime.
Context
The nineteenth section of St John's Gospel, Chapter XXI 1-24, is related to a stage in the spiritual journey of the individual.
