Irreligiousity (Lila)

  • Adharma (Hinduism)

Description

Adharma arises from ignorance wherever life is lived contrary to the laws of nature when the three gunas are no longer in balance so that rajas and tamas (as greed and indolence) dominate sattva. In the game of Lila, this may be through the player denying, rejecting or praising his own self. Blind faith without regard for the laws of nature or his own dharma, not in tune with his inner vibrations, leads the player to delusion and the first chakra level.

Context

The 29th state or square on the board of Lila, the game of knowledge, appearing in the fourth row.
