Introvertive mystical experience

This is a state occurring at the deepest phenomenological layer of the person's experience. There are particularly rich sensory level phenomena and may be some variety of cosmological mysticism leading towards a more profound mystical state or mysterium experienced as the source level of reality. Concepts such as "primordial essence" and "ultimate ground of being" suddenly take on a previously hitherto unknown immediacy and clarity; the semantic of theological discourse become visceral realities.
