Group spiritual initiation (Esotericism)

Through group initiation several individuals experience the process of spiritual initiation together. This follows from a new approach to life conditions, producing a widespread tread towards group awareness. The process is based upon a uniform and united group will, consecrated towards the service of humanity and based upon loyalty, cooperation and interdependence.
