Experience of essence

Description

Essence is experienced from the moment of birth, every baby is born with essence, is essence. A baby is not, however, mentally or conceptually aware of the fact. As the baby develops, essence is lost and the loss is felt as an indefinable yearning which accompanies the individual through life until he or she discovers what it is that is lost. Knowing it to be lost it can then be sought and regained through any number of methods of discovery and inner development. This is the process of self realization. Having regained essence, through freeing one's self from the bonds of personality, the experience is a conscious awareness.
