Educational guidance

Aid is given in finding training commensurate with a person's abilities and preferences. This may be direct guidance to the individual involved or, particularly, where the education of a child is considered, advice to parents and educators on the physical, intellectual and moral development of that person. The aim here is to promote independence and self discipline. Special educational guidance is important in the case of handicapped people and for people with personality defects.
