Dynamic self-opening meditation

Description

The attention is sequentially focused on the physical, emotional and intellectual components of the individual, his aesthetic, social and moral behaviour. By opening his being to the higher divine consciousness he is physically strengthened and freed from illness and unwanted habits; emotionally purged of selfishness, destructive impulses and inner conflicts, becoming a channel for the universal life force; and mentally enlightened, broadened and freed from fixed ideas so as to articulate the supreme truth. His whole being vibrates in harmony with the cosmic dance. Upward and inward self-opening transforms the personality to a centre of the divine.
