Dhyana yoga (Yoga)

  • Path of meditative absorption

Description

One of the four main types of yoga, this form of yoga is primarily concerned with meditation, leading to control of the mind and intuitive wisdom. Since some form of mind-control is an aim of all forms of yoga, dhyana yoga practices tend to be an essential aspect of the practice of all forms of yoga.
