Body movement therapy

  • Psychomotor therapy

Description

The kinesthetic sense can be awakened and developed in using any and all kinds of body movement. In contrast to physical education, psychomotor therapy aims to establish a subjective connection to movement which renders it a conscious action. The individual is thereby enabled to experience his own personal identity anew through each movement and its special quality.
