Description

This is said to be overcome by: (1) Eradicating present disease, refining and rebuilding the body, and protecting it from future attack, so as to render it immune to disease and indisposition. (2) Fine-tuning of the [etheric body]

. (3) Awakening of the etheric bodily centres and centralizing its fires for union with the fire of the soul. This stage is not attempted until the first three stages of yoga have been developed. (4) Coordinating of the physical body and aligning it with the soul by means of the [sutratma]
