Bioenergy

Bioenergy is a term used to describe the force behind psychic phenomena such as psychokinesis and extrasensory perception. It is unclear whether it is generated in the body or simply transmitted through the body but is, or is related to, the life energy of the body itself. The term also covers an effect which involves transfer of vital energy from a healer to someone who is physically or mentally unwell because his or her own energy field is unbalanced. This is claimed to be effected through biocurrents in the aura, and may occur when the healer and the person to be healed are physically apart.
