Agni yoga (Yoga)

  • Actualism

Description

In this form of yoga, the individual learns to carry the light of his own inner fire into his daily activity as a growing creative expression. Energy is concentrated where thought is focused and thus the inner fire is used to bring light into darkened areas of consciousness. This burns out obstructions to the free flow of energy from inner sources. The actual design of personality systems is in this way illuminated and the distortions and obstructions produced by conditioning eliminated.

Actualism is a teaching derived from agni yoga, with the goal of [unity mergence]

; dynamic and magnetic energies are harmonized and balanced and inner wholeness is perceived. This leads to full self-expression and the ability to communicate at every level of consciousness.
