Description:

An integral part of empowering individual engagement to broaden the context of decision-making from immediate self-interest to the long-term interest of all.
Implementation:
Tactics include: creative communication to impact individuals through dramatizations, structured conversations, imaginal dress, and media bombardment; tool development to support training activities through organizing conversation topics, conducting laboratories, and defining brainstorm techniques and workshop methods; teacher preparation to train teachers to use developed tools for empowering individual engagement through attending school, giving instruction in contexting, and creating nurturing guilds for educators; recontexted community to impact local man in the midst of his community through training in the meaning of covenant, occupational guild organizing, role assignments, and community-global gridding; and encounter structure to implement formal training methods through other-culture exposure, ensemble singing discipline and secular modelling projects.
