Promoting South-South cooperation
Description: Development experiences of developing countries are valuable resources for designing development strategies. South-South cooperation should therefore be promoted through the sharing of development experiences among developing countries at different stages of development in cooperation with developed countries.
Implementation: In May 1994, the [Nagerkote Declaration] was passed by 40 NGOs in Nagerkote, Nepal. It promotes cooperation between South NGOs within a South perspective for the sustainable development of their peoples and nations.
