Seeking condemnation through UN resolutions

Implementation:

Within the framework of the UN Commission on Human Rights, Western nations continue to seek a resolution condemning China's continuing violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms by national, provincial and local authorities along with inadequate protection of Tibet's distinct cultural, ethnic, linguistic and religious identity. China has repeatedly used diplomatic offensives to block UN resolutions of condemnation against her; such countries do all they can to escape the moral opprobrium of a condemning UN resolution.
