Developing information exchange on carbon dioxide emissions
Implementation:
A simple, workable method - the Corporate Carbon Dioxide Indicator - has been developed by the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and National Provident Institution (NPI) to help companies calculate their emissions of greenhouse gases. A step by step guide and workbook to help companies assess their impact on climate change will shortly be produced, with business involvement, to help companies calculate how much carbon dioxide they are releasing.
