Improving basic education for the poor
Context:
By giving high priority to basic education and professional training, a widening of options for resource-poor people would be achieved. The human resources would thus be available to develop adequate infrastructure, marketing systems, technology systems, credit systems [etc]. The above actions should be accomplished with international support, where necessary. Implementation:
