Maintaining community elders

Implementation:
There are some fundamental principles which produce an expectation and perception that people can contribute to society well beyond their retirement age: (1) [Integration]: housing the elderly in physical proximity to a vital community, including all segments of society; (2) [Engagement]: providing the necessary impetus for making full use of the capabilities, experience, expertise, intellect and heart of the elderly; (3) [Opportunities for contribution]: arranging for a deliberated matching of capabilities of older persons with genuine needs within the community.
