Description:
Working conditions are conditions under which work is accomplished. They may be divided into primary working conditions (all remunerations that can be directly valued in terms of money, [eg] salary for hours worked), and secondary working conditions (all remunerations that can be indirectly valued in terms of money, [eg] use of company vehicle). The term tertiary working conditions is used for immaterial remunerations that cannot be valued in terms of money ([eg] office environment).
