Establishing model demonstration areas for training purposes
Using demonstration laboratories
Creating demonstration institutions in which a totally new environment of human community is established with a clear and effective mission to society. Such institutions include schools, public agencies, small industry or key departments or locations of a large business. The criteria for selection is visibility, replicability and do-ability. It would involve methods training, team formation, documentation and perhaps limited full-time staffing.
(b) Establishing demonstration areas to serve as models and training facilities.
Development efforts within existing institutions leave out those who most need development efforts, such as the unemployed, disenfranchised, women, elders and many others.
