Revitalizing skills methodologies

Description:
Expanding the teaching of skills beyond mere operations to relating them to the on-going social processes. The catalytic effect would be to have available work forces that would go anywhere and do anything.
Context:
An integral part of recreating human mythology to enable local man to create a new self story, seeing himself in his local situation as a global person with a covenantal relationship to life.
Implementation:
Tactics include: covenanted task to enable the educator to see the dynamic responsibility of student and teacher, as well as hold the educator to the significance of his task; heritage appropriation to reappropriate everyman's heritage by having celebrations, wearing different garb and symbols and writing of his history; course format to create a layout that is all-inclusive in terms of coordination of teachers, lecture content and courses; dramatic meeting to enhance useful skills through soliciting support, ritualizing meetings, intentional singing, learning salutations and utilizing short courses; and art-form utilization to encourage writing of intentional graffiti, displaying of local/world grids and holding art-form conversations to bolster enthusiasm.
