A life-size cow was made out of throwaway milk packaging which toured towns and villages in Ireland, calling for the reintroduction of refillable milk bottles. An 'eco-knight' catapaulted packaging waste at Parliament in the Netherlands and gave a petition to the major parties in the Dutch government calling for a packaging tax and pro-refill policy. 'Over-packaged' campaigners swathed in layers of wrapping delivered a giant parcel to the UK Department of Environment which contained a 'package of measures' to tackle over-packaging. In Italy excessively overpackaged products were unwrapped on television and the 'imballaggio bidone' or 'Pack-Con' prize awarded to the most excessively packaged product. Constrains:
