Nature 
The drinking of solvents, silver polish and other cleaning fluids, methylated spirits, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and other raw alcohols may cause severe damage to internal organs and ultimately death. As the alcoholism of the poor, who cannot afford more refined and relatively less harmful forms of alcohol, it is associated with problems of abject poverty, namely homelessness, malnutrition, disease and total alienation from society.
