Self-satisfied style of informal leadership advisers

Nature
All leaders have a network of informal advisers who are willing to listen to the leader's ideas, make suggestions and offer new ideas. These informal advisers frequently have a self-satisfied style and operate out of limited and inflexible ideologies. For what ever reason they hold that their intellectual principles and perspective are above the common social good. This further hinders the effectiveness of leaders.
