Nature 
Exploitation of other races on a class basis (usually lower than that of the exploiter) and as a source of high profit for little expenditure, may occur in the spheres of housing, employment and sexual relations. It may be legalized (as in the South African system of apartheid), or it may be the result of non-legalized discrimination and the lack of protection under the law. It may be illegal (such as traffic in immigrant workers to developed countries) but practised with the compliance of the immigrants who have been misled by exaggerated promises.
