Nervous breakdown

Nature
Nervous breakdown, the feeling of an inability to cope with the problems of ordinary daily life, is often accompanied by physical symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, vomiting and insomnia. Nervous breakdown may occur in healthy people who had previously coped with life's situations, or may occur in already neurotic people. The causes are diverse and include physiological stress, certain particularly disturbing experiences, and physical illness.
