Lack of livelihood standards

Nature
There are no universally accepted, comprehensive standards on working conditions to provide a context for determining what adequate livelihood is in a local community. Standards of livelihood are currently determined either in the context of profit-making, or in the context of community tradition and mores. What is missing are global standards from which local differences can be exercised as intentional diversity in relation to the good of a community.
