Inadequate labelling of dangerous substances

Nature
After a dangerous substance has been packaged, it may be handled by many different people in many locations before it reaches its point of usage. The handling or use of such products may lead to accidents, yet the label does not always contain sufficient information for the correct counteractant or antidote to be determined rapidly. Furthermore, since such packages may pass through countries using different languages, the description on the label may be incorrectly interpreted or be completely incomprehensible.
