Excessive job control

Incidence 
In 1981, an American airline company introduced a computerized system into their operations in the (then) Federal Republic of Germany which measured an employee's performance in each work station including the number of reservations made, telephone calls answered, actual working hours, telephone calls per working hour, and ticket sales.
