Electronic piracy

Incidence
In Belgium, a student of 16 used a radio-transmitter to give false instructions to pilots in the skies above the main airport of Brussels. A state of emergency was declared at the airport for three months as the pirate made an estimated 60 attempts to interfere with the safety of air traffic by, for example, ordering pilots to change course or altitude.
