Incidence 
Right to autonomy and the right to resist subjugation. Indigenous peoples do not always enjoy equal rights and the freedom to determine their democratic values, notably in situations of past and present colonial domination. Specific cases, deserving a review by the Permanent Forum includes the cases of: Tibetans, China; Ogoni, Nigeria; The Garifuna, Central America; The Dineh and other Nations of North, South and Central America; Tuaregs and Amarzigh Peoples of North and West Africa including Niger, Algeria, and Morocco; Bamilekes, Cameroon, the Sans and Kalaharis, Botswana; Konos, Sierra Leone; and Aborigines, Australia.
