Fats highlighted as dangerous are saturated fats, such as those found in some poultry, meat and whole milk dairy products, and the transfatty acids found in many baked goods. Healthful fats may be unsaturated, and are typically those in olive oil, fresh fish, lean meat and poultry and low-fat dairy products.
