Night work


Night work may induce increasing tiredness during the night shift, stress, reduced appetite, reduced sleep, heightened family problems due to physical fatigue and tension, and loss of social life. Disturbance of the natural biorhythm can lead to extra consumption of stimulants, like coffee and alcohol, during the night and sleeping pills during daytime.
