Incidence:
Since the 1970s, the USA has sentenced to death more than 90 young offenders, aged between 15 and 17 at the time of their crime. In 1991, there were 31 juveniles on death row, more than any other country. The USA has also executed more juveniles that any other country except Iraq and Iran.
