Nature:
The reckless disregard to the potential injury to national security by knowingly revealing national security information to persons not authorized to receive it, or not protecting such information when in the position of a responsible public servant, or not reporting the unlawful loss, theft, destruction or compromise of it, or refusing to deliver it on demand to a public servant entitled to receive it.
