Inability of educational systems to keep pace with technological advancement
Nature:
Planning and training for vocational skills are insufficiently related to new skills requirements. This is the result of the rapid and inevitable transition of technology and the current tendencies of education to lag behind social changes. Because changes in technology are not interrelated with technical skills training, skills are developed for which there is no place or function with the job market and needs are created in society for which skills have not yet been developed.
