There are many known abnormalities of tooth size and form, including: mottled teeth; tooth concrescence, fusion and gemination; dens in dente; dens invaginatus; macrodontia; microdontia; molarization of premolars; occlusal tuberculum; peg-shaped teeth; premolarization of cuspids; shovel-shaped incisors; supernumerary roots; T-shaped incisors; taurodontism; tuberculum anomale carabelli; and tuberculum paramolare.
