Problem

Pandering to the youth market

Nature:
The object of those furnishing goods and services to teenagers and young adults, particularly in developed countries, is to pander to their passions and emotions. The encouragement of garish clothes and bizarre coiffures, and the provision of gathering places where a youth sub-culture's exaggerated behaviour can be indulged, is irresponsible and may cause social offence.
