Pattern of Summer Heat Dampness pernicious influence in the body

Nature:

When Dampness combines with Heat there may be red, painful swellings, thick purulent discharge, blisters as in herpes or shingles, and inflammations such as cystitis, jaundice and bronchitis. Any sore, abscess or ulcer with pus or fluid indicates Dampness or Damp Heat. Sugar, alcohol and fatty or fried foods create Damp Heat.
